Analysis of 3 digipaks that Relate to my genre

During the production of my digipak, i thought it would be benificial to see other digipaks from simular artists and genres to see how their digipaks are layed out and the genral themes used, so i can use these as inspiration and guidelines when it comes to creating my own digipack for my artist. The three artists digipacks i am going to analyse are Florence and the machine, Maroon 5 and Kate Nash as these are all Indie pop pr pop rock artists.
This is the original digipak for the artist Sandi thom, which is the artist we chose to use a song from for our music video.
This is the digipak from Florence and the machin.e

This is the digipak from Kate nash.

This is the digipak from Maroon 5

These digipaks are all of the same indie/pop genre that Sandi thom - i wish i was a punk rocker is. In terms of font, two of the relating digipaks, and the orginal digipak all are written in a hand writen font, along with featuring the artist on the front cover, the colours used are natural, but bright colours, all with the exception of maroon 5's album, which front cover portrays the name of the album, with a woman with hands all over her hense the name 'hands all over, while the others show the artist. i think when i make my own digipak i will also have the artist on the front and use colourful, but natural colours, childish handwritten fonts, and also a border, which is what the florence and the machine digipak has. doing this will allow my target audience to see my digipak as simular to others from the same genre and will help attract the same target audiences as those from florence and the machine, and kate nash.
